Job Description

What role will you play

As a DevOps Engineer, you will provide front-line support for Financial Market applications by managing incidents, changes and services using ITSM frameworks and tools. You will enhance system reliability through regular monitoring, providing alerts and incident management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues efficiently.

Your responsibilities will also include monitoring production jobs, troubleshooting, communicating updates and ensuring adherence to standard procedures, as well as hands-on design, development and testing using SSIS, SQL Server, C# and Control-M. Additionally, you will leverage Artificial Intelligence capabilities to improve DevOps efficiency and productivity.

What you offer

  • 35 years experience in ITSM or related fields, with proficiency in ITSM tools (such as Helix) and ITIL processes
  • Hands-on experience in DevOps practices, incident management, root cause analysis and production support, including application performance optimization and automation
  • Strong knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure, cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Big Data technologies (such as Spark, Presto and Airflow)
  • Proficiency in shell scripting, SQL, Linux commands and troubleshooting techniques for identifying code bugs
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate incident details, follow documented processes and contribute to operational process design and rollout.
