About the Role

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer II to design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes environments, and cloud-based infrastructure. This role will work closely with Development, QA, Operations, and Infrastructure teams to improve deployment processes, system reliability, automation, security, and overall platform performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications
• Develop and maintain Docker images and Helm charts
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• Ensure system security, compliance, scalability, and high availability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and deployment efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of DevOps Engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Jenkins
• Kubernetes
• Docker
• Python, Bash, or Ruby scripting
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
• Exposure to cloud computing, container security, and cloud-native applications

Nice to Have

• Jenkins Certified Engineer (JCE)
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• Experience with serverless technologies and cloud-native architectures

Work Setup

• Hybrid setup (minimum 2 days onsite weekly)
• Open to candidates based in Manila or Cebu
• Occasional travel may be required
• Flexible schedule with potential after-hours support when needed
