Job Description

Oversees the release pipeline across all projects and change initiatives.

Manages code releases, deployments, and product update processes.

Sets up and maintains tools and infrastructure aligned with project and delivery requirements.

Automates deployment workflows and drives continuous improvement of release processes.

Performs technical reviews, validation, and verification of software packages prior to deployment.

Defines and refines processes for development, testing, release, updates, and support within DevOps operations.

Ensures the CRM platform operates efficiently and reliably.

Monitors D365, Power Platform, and Azure dashboards to proactively manage usage, consumption, and performance through regular housekeeping.

Handles CRM license approvals, tracking, and environment inventory maintenance.

Applies configuration changes on the CRM platform to align with IT and business needs.

Provides support for system enhancements, production issues, incidents, and non-production updates.

Produces analytical reports offering insights into organizational data and performance metrics.

Coordinates the submission and tracking of CRM-related requests, initiatives, and service tickets with relevant IT units.

Supports project execution by delivering required artifacts and outputs in compliance with IT SDLC and governance standards.

Participates in technical training, collaboration sessions, and continuous learning to stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies.

Contributes to ongoing process improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of CRM Center of Excellence operations.

Demonstrates strong understanding of both development and operations workflows.

Familiar with DevOps methodologies and Agile principles.

Experienced in system administration or support for SaaS applications.

Skilled in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure services.

Proficient with Azure DevOps or other version control, CI/CD, and source management tools.

Knowledgeable in relational databases and n-tier web application architecture.

Understands network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, and SSL.

Experience in developing or supporting banking and financial systems is an advantage.
