Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
- Cloud DevOps, CI/CD pipelines creation/configure. Design, Build and Implement IaC templates using Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins
- CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and maintain automated pipelines for continuous integration, testing, and deployment using Jenkins and related tools, ensuring rapid and reliable software delivery in cloud environments.
- Implement and Manage IaC: Create, configure, and maintain cloud(Azure/AWS) infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform and Ansible, enabling scalable, repeatable, and secure deployments.
- Security/Secret management: Oversee cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,), optimize resource usage, troubleshoot issues, and monitor system performance to ensure high availability and cost efficiency.
- Automation and Configuration: Automate provisioning and configuration of servers, networks, and applications to streamline deployment and reduce manual effort.
- Security and Compliance: Integrate security best practices into DevOps processes, ensuring pipelines and infrastructure are compliant and robust.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting exposure in Cloud and DevOps CICD pipelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to align DevOps strategies, and provide guidance on technical solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,) and related services.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins for automation, configuration, and CI/CD management.
- Devops architecture and professional certification.
- Strong scripting abilities (Python, Bash) for custom automation.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for modern deployment workflows.
- Understanding of security protocols and best practices in cloud DevOps.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
