Position: DevOps Engineer (AWS | Docker | Terraform | CI/CD

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune (Onsite)

Experience: 1–5 Years

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure, containerization, and automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing multi-account AWS environments, implementing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring compliance, and optimizing costs while maintaining secure and scalable infrastructure.

Must-Have Skills:

• Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, AWS ECS, ECR, EFS
• Compute & Messaging: AWS EC2, SQS, Amazon MQ
• Storage & Databases: AWS S3, RDS, ElastiCache, EFS
• Serverless & Cloud-Native Services: AWS Lambda, Amplify, IAM, Secrets Manager
• CI/CD & Automation: GitLab CI/CD, Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

Multi-Account & Security Governance

• Design and implement cross-account access using AWS Organizations and IAM roles
• Automate AWS key rotation workflows using Secrets Manager and Lambda
• Apply least privilege principles across environments and services

Cost & Resource Management

• Automate tagging and cost tracking using AWS native tools
• Set up alerts for unusual usage patterns
• Rightsize resources to minimize unnecessary costs

Compliance & Audit

• Implement policies for secure and compliant infrastructure
• Monitor, log, and audit environments for adherence to standards
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation

General DevOps & Delivery

• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD
• Automate deployments and infrastructure provisioning with Terraform
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of applications
• Collaborate with development teams to support AI/ML, full-stack, and software projects

Good-to-Have

• Jenkins, AWS CDK, or experience with MLOps pipelines
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK)
• Familiarity with security compliance standards (ISO, SOC2, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
