General Responsibiities
The Cloud Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the integration of cloud-based services with on-premises and third-party systems. This role ensures operational efficiency, reliability, and seamless functionality across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. The ideal candidate brings expertise in cloud architecture, infrastructure automation, and DevOps practices, supporting cloud adoption and enabling infrastructure modernization aligned with business needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for a specific business unit or tribe, translating infrastructure requirements into cloud integration solutions.
- Design and implement integration strategies that ensure scalability, security, and cost-efficiency across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Provide technical support and hands-on execution of infrastructure-related DevOps tasks for high-priority initiatives.
- Lead and manage system integrations and infrastructure deployments, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and cloud provider best practices.
- Collaborate with Technical Architects to adopt emerging cloud technologies and enhance existing platforms.
- Participate in request assessment, prioritization, and solution delivery based on SLAs and project timelines.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to execute infrastructure provisioning and automation using Terraform, GitLab, Argo CD, and related CI/CD tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities in cloud performance, resiliency, and operations.
- Align infrastructure strategies with broader organizational goals, bridging the gap between technical and business requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- With DevOps/Cloud Architecture experience and Terraform (Must Have-Required)
- With experience in infrastructure management or cloud architecture, with a focus on hybrid and multi-cloud integration.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud, with proficiency in Kubernetes.
- Strong Linux administration background and scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or GoLang.
- Experience in infrastructure automation using Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab, Argo CD, and Ansible.
- Exposure to integration scenarios involving Java and familiarity with backend development principles.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native services, compute, storage, networking, and security across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud architectures and integration approaches.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as OpenSearch, ELK Stack, and Prometheus.
- Knowledge of API Gateways and Service Mesh technologies (e.g., Istio, Envoy).
