What you will do:
- Manages Business Development Group's data-oriented systems that produce high-quality data and insights that will accelerate data-driven strategies on new store expansion and existing store portfolio optimization
- Partners closely with McDonald's Global Development Team in maximizing development analytics tools that involve data organization, drive integration, automation, or development of data sources
- Develops, enforces, and maintains Business Development data governance process to organize and maximize existing data assets
- Lead the end-to-end digitalization initiatives across the department
- Supports the assessment, localization, and integration of new tools together with the generation of training materials for the deployment of new data processes and models
- Explores and assesses improvement opportunities to streamline current processes
What we are looking for:
- Has at least 1-year experience in data management, with a sound background in data models, visualization and reporting, and dashboard creation
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and data management tools with an extensive orientation in PowerPoint, Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, What-If Analysis), MS Access (Querying, Extraction, Manipulation), MS Tableau, SQL, and PowerBI
- Must demonstrate an orientation in Database Utilization technologies such as Microsoft Access and Robotic Process Automation tools such as PowerAutomate and UiPath
- Possesses knowledge of technical acumen in data interpretation, story-telling, and management
- Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems is a plus
- Excellent project management and communication skills
