Development Engineer

Objective

Develop new products or product improvements within project teams in accordance with Design for Manufacturing principles and established procedures. Activities include designing according to customer requirements, conducting experiments, building prototypes, testing, validation, and customer interaction. Responsible for driving innovation, product reliability, manufacturability, and regulatory compliance while supporting customer requirements, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives across AEC products and processes.

Background

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems or related engineering discipline. Licensed PRC Engineer is an advantage.
• Minimum three (3) years related experience in electrical product development, embedded systems, industrial automation, or electronic design.
•  Relevant experience in medical device manufacturing or a regulated industry. Experience in SSMC, Ion Chambers, AmpMC, Collimators, or equivalent high reliability product lines is an advantage
•  Experience in electrical system design, testing, and validation.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, or mechatronic system development is advantageous.
• Experience with hardware and software integration is preferred.
• Knowledge of product development lifecycle, validation methodologies, and technical documentation requirements.
•  Experience supporting international engineering projects is an advantage
