Company Description
We are a mission-driven, nonprofit healthcare organization established to build and operate a hospital that provides high-quality, compassionate, and accessible medical care to underserved and indigent communities in the Philippines. Our mission is twofold: to meet urgent physical health needs while also sharing hope through Christ-centered compassion, dignity, and service.
Our hospital project seeks to address gaps in healthcare access for vulnerable populations, while also serving as a place of holistic care—attending to physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. We are committed to excellence, integrity, stewardship, and partnership with local and international stakeholders who share our vision for sustainable, life-giving healthcare.
Role Description
The Manager of Development will lead and expand all fundraising and partnership efforts to support the construction and long-term sustainability of the hospital. This individual will be responsible for building strong relationships with donors, partners, churches, foundations, corporations, and community leaders. The Manager of Development will serve as a key ambassador for the organization, clearly communicating the vision, mission, and impact of the hospital.
This role requires both strategic planning and active external engagement, including networking, attending events, presenting the project, and cultivating long-term partnerships. The Manager of Development must have a personal passion for serving underserved communities and a genuine alignment with the organization's Christ-centered mission.
This role is a boots on the ground, actively doing what is needed, not managing a team.
