Role Description

The Development & Partnerships Manager is a parttime role responsible for expanding and nurturing relationships with donors, nonprofit partners, corporate sponsors, and community organizations. This hybrid position is based in Manila, with a mix of onsite collaboration and workfromhome flexibility.

Daytoday responsibilities include identifying new funding opportunities, cultivating donor and partner relationships, managing communications, and supporting sponsorship packages or proposals. The role also involves coordinating partnership activities for feeding programs and toy drives, maintaining accurate records of engagement, and preparing impact updates or presentations.

You'll work closely with our storytelling and operations teams to ensure partnership initiatives align with program needs and that messaging remains clear, consistent, and communitycentered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development work, including cultivating nonprofit or corporate partnerships

• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present impact clearly in writing, in person, and through digital channels

• Strategic planning and organizational abilities, including managing multiple projects and tracking engagement data

• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup in Manila, with the ability to coordinate onsite visits to partner organizations and community programs

• Familiarity with the humanitarian or nonprofit sector (community development, food security, or childfocused initiatives is a plus)

• Proficiency with basic productivity tools (email, spreadsheets, presentation software); experience with donor or CRM systems is beneficial

• Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and culturally sensitive practices when engaging communities, donors, and partners

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Development Studies, Communications, Social Work, Business, etc.) or equivalent practical experience
