- Must have: Minimum 4- 8 years of development industry experience with exposure to complete life cycle of development at least once on CLP/RPG/RPGLE on commercial applications.
- Extensive Knowledge of AS400 technology (RPGLE, CLLE, DB2), ILE which also means working knowledge of modular programming in ILE-RPG including Modules, Service Programs etc.
- Appreciation and knowledge of effort estimation, Unit Testing. Should be experienced in writing comprehensive Unit Test Cases / Plans. Able to execute & coordinate SIT & UAT with other vendor and Project Implementation
- Knowledge of trouble shooting during various phases of development
- Reasonable working experience of coding new (and changing) complex CL programs
- Knowledge of DB2 concepts and associated methodologies.
Good-to-Have: Experience in Insurance domain (preferred in Life insurance domain) Application like RLS(Regional life system).

We need 3 Developers for our GT Tower client and 2 for our Bonifacio Global City office. The work setup for this would be hybrid.
