Position: ServiceNow Developer

Work Set-Up: Hybrid (Twice a week RTO)

Office Location: Ayala, Makati

The ServiceNow Developer will design, configure, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions with a focus on CMDB, Discovery, IT Asset Management (ITAM), Service Mapping, and ITSM processes. This role will work closely with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and maintainable platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions supporting CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, and ITSM processes.

• Build workflows, automations, catalog items, and platform enhancements using ServiceNow development best practices.

• Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.

• Configure Flow Designer, Service Catalog, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.

• Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.

• Support CMDB data quality initiatives and discovery-related enhancements.

• Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities across development environments.

• Collaborate with architects and product teams to implement platform improvements and new capabilities.

• Create technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of platform performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

• Strong experience with CMDB, Discovery, ITAM, and ITSM modules.

• Experience with Flow Designer, Service Catalog development, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).

• Experience developing and supporting REST and SOAP integrations.

• Knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and platform development best practices.

• Experience with API testing, deployment processes, and system integrations.

• Familiarity with Azure fundamentals and Azure DevOps.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification preferred.

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments preferred.
