Qualifications
- Must be a Bachelor's Degree holder in BSIT, Computer Science, or any related course
- Minimum of 3 years experience in .NET development
- Proficient in .NET Framework and .NET 8/10
- Experienced with Web Services, including WCF / SOAP / REST (JSON, XML, Text, YAML)
- Knowledgeable in ASP.NET WebForms, MVC, Blazor, React, or Angular
- Hands-on experience with ADO.NET and Entity Framework 6
- Skilled in deploying and managing applications on IIS (Windows Server)
- Familiar with version control tools such as GitLab and Bitbucket
- Experience working with various databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Oracle
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support project and production activities, including issue resolution for assigned systems and applications.
- Handle and process incident tickets from internal and external ticketing platforms.
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation, including status updates and issue lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production incidents.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to production issues and support processes.
- Enforce production support procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Generate regular reports on system performance and issue status.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely fixes and deployment of updates.
- Lead or support change management activities, including CAB requirements.
- Develop tools or interfaces as needed to address operational or project-related needs.
- Adhere to organizational development standards, including DevOps practices, version control, CI/CD, and security compliance.
