Job Description
The Business Analyst role is to bridge the gap between business needs and ERP technology solutions. This position is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and validating business processes and system requirements to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance for ERP system.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, effective communication skills, programming language knowledge and deep understanding of both business processes and ERP.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
* Gather, analyze and investigate the business requirements related to M3 BE SCP
* Design solutions and create test plans to ensure the final implementation meets defined business requirements
* Product maintenance and support activities
* Investigate, validate and provide resolution for reported bugs
* Conduct various testing activities including unit testing, regression testing, smoke testing, and performance testing for assigned tasks
What You Will Need:
* 3 to 4-year experience Business Analyst with technical skills in database, Java or other related programming language
* ERP experience

* Supply Chain Planning process experience
