We're looking for a commercially minded Destination Product Sales Manager to lead the development of our global travel portfolio. This is more than sourcing hotels or building itineraries—it's about creating experiences that travellers can't find anywhere else while building strategic partnerships that give Wonderland Travel a competitive advantage.
You'll work closely with leadership, sales, marketing, operations, and global travel partners to create exceptional travel products that inspire customers and drive commercial growth.
About the RoleAs our Destination Product Sales Manager, you will own the strategy, development, contracting, and commercial performance of Wonderland Travel's product portfolio.
You'll identify emerging destinations, negotiate directly with hotels, resorts, DMCs, airlines, cruise companies, and experience providers, curate market-leading travel packages, and ensure every product delivers exceptional customer value while achieving strong commercial returns.
This role combines product development, supplier partnerships, contracting, pricing strategy, commercial analysis, and destination expertise.
What You'll DoResearch travel trends and identify new product opportunities.
Design and launch curated travel packages, itineraries, and experiences across multiple travel segments.
Build commercially attractive packages by combining accommodation, transport, tours, and value-added inclusions.
Continuously optimise products based on customer feedback, booking performance, and profitability.
Develop pricing strategies that balance customer value with strong margins.
Conduct costing, profitability analysis, competitor benchmarking, and product performance reviews.
Monitor market trends and adjust product offerings to maximise revenue and conversion.
Take ownership of product profitability and commercial success across the portfolio.
Build and manage strategic relationships with hotels, resorts, destination management companies (DMCs), airlines, cruise operators, transport providers, attractions, tourism boards, and local experience partners.
Negotiate commercial agreements, preferred rates, allocations, exclusive offers, promotional campaigns, and contractual terms.
Manage supplier performance and identify opportunities to strengthen commercial partnerships globally.
Ensure contracts, rates, allocations, cancellation policies, and supplier information remain accurate and commercially competitive.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, and Leadership to successfully launch new travel products.
Provide product training and destination knowledge to internal teams.
Support promotional campaigns with compelling product information and unique selling points.
Collaborate with operations to ensure products are delivered seamlessly from booking through travel.
Stay ahead of global travel trends, competitor offerings, emerging destinations, and changing customer expectations.
Identify new supplier opportunities and innovative experiences that differentiate Wonderland Travel.
Continuously evolve the portfolio to keep it fresh, relevant, and commercially successful.
5+ years experience in travel product management, contracting, wholesale travel, or tour operations.
Proven commercial expertise in negotiating with hotels, DMCs, and global suppliers, with strong knowledge of pricing, margins, and profitability.
Experience designing and costing international travel packages, itineraries, and destination products across multiple markets.
Strong relationship management, analytical, and communication skills, with experience using travel reservation, contracting, or CRM systems.
Existing relationships with luxury hotels, tourism boards, DMCs, airlines, or destination partners.
Experience in luxury travel, destination weddings, honeymoon travel, incentive travel, or premium group travel.
Experience building travel products across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, or the Americas.
Knowledge of travel technology platforms and distribution systems.
