Who Are We Looking For
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent courses
- At least 5 years of work experience required in the field of Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media Planning/Buying, or Route Marketing
- Preferably with managerial experience leading teams in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Brand/Route Marketing
- Demonstrated experience in managing significant media budgets and driving measurable ROI.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance-driven marketing campaigns
What's The Role All About
The Manager Destination Marketing drives route and destination marketing strategies that ensure the strategic alignment of media investments with route-specific marketing objectives to maximize revenue and passenger load factors (PLFs). The role manages budgets, ensures campaign efficiency, and aligns initiatives with network and business goals. This position leads Destination Marketing Specialists and works cross-functionally to deliver performance-driven campaigns that grow demand for assigned markets (Domestic, Ex-Philippines, Ex-Districts).
Major Responsibility Areas
- Route and Destination Campaign Development: Lead the end-to-end development and execution of destination marketing campaigns aligned with the airline's strategic objectives.
- Performance Optimization: Use analytics to monitor, evaluate, and improve campaign performance to achieve revenue, ROAS, and CPA targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and ensure cohesive campaignexecution.
- Budget Management and Optimization: Developing and managing the budget for media and route marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing the impact of marketing spend
- Team Leadership and Development: Providing strong leadership and direction to the Managers of the Route/Destination Marketing and Media teams
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Staying abreast of industry best practices, emerging media trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in the media and route marketing landscape
- Agency and Partner Management: Oversee collaboration with creative agencies, media partners, and tourism boards to ensure timely, on-brand, and cost-effective campaign executions
- Customer-Centric Approach: Ensuring that all route marketing and media strategies are grounded in a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to deliver relevant and impactful messaging
