Job Description

IMPORTANT: This is a project-based, on-site (office-based) role in Makati. Not a shipboard opportunity.

Duration: 12 months.

Position Overview:

The Destination Experiences Coordinator supports the Analysts, Lead and Manager Destination Experiences in the monthly preparation and distribution of preliminary figures to tour operators. It ensures accurate system updates, including inventory management, waitlist clearance, and departure time adjustments.

The Coordinator, Destination Experiences, assists in managing global shore excursion allotments for open deployments. The role focuses on maximizing booking confirmations, reducing waitlists, and maintaining accurate and timely communication with tour operators.

In addition, the position supports guest bookings and works closely with Analysts and Lead Destination Experiences team daily to ensure seamless and high-quality guest experience. The role also contributes to various internal projects, primarily involving back-office functions such as tour program creation and document preparation.

Key Responsibilities

Tour Database & Inventory Management

  • Create and maintain shore excursion records, including setting up new tours and updating existing ones in the database
  • Accurately manage inventory and departure times for each ship and port of call in MXP
  • Ensure all updates are correctly reflected in MyAdmin, including guest bookings

Booking & Operations Handling

  • Monitor shore excursion and overland inventory across voyages and ships, adjusting capacity based on demand trends
  • Prepare and distribute monthly preliminary figures to tour operators across assigned regions
  • Proactively manage and clear waitlists, ensuring timely updates to guest bookings
  • Support Analysts in managing itinerary changes, including reallocating bookings across departures when required
  • Assist Analysts, Lead and Manager Destination Experiences with operational changes related to allotments and bookings

Project & Administrative Support

  • Support various projects and initiatives, primarily through back-office coordination
  • Assist in the preparation of operational documents, reports, presentations, and tour program materials
  • Collaborate with internal teams and tour operators to ensure accurate and timely delivery of required documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
  • 3 years of experience in hospitality, travel, or related industry
  • Knowledgeable in booking systems, inventory management, or operational reporting
  • Strong organizational, data management, communication, and collaboration skills
