Job Title: Senior Mac Administrator

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Mac Administrator with strong experience in macOS, Jamf Pro, enterprise Mac deployments, and advanced troubleshooting.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of technical support experience.
• 4+ years of macOS experience.
• 4+ years of Jamf Pro experience or Jamf 300 Certification.
• 4+ years managing macOS deployments.
• 3+ years of Change Management and Shell/Bash scripting experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of Apple Enterprise Technologies, LDAP/Active Directory, and ITIL.
• Experience with Jamf Cloud; AWS knowledge is preferred.
• Good understanding of networking, firewall, and NAT.
• Apple certification and BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
