As a member of the Run and Support team, you will provide onsite hardware and software support services to end users in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving break/fix issues for PCs, printers, mobile devices, and AV/conferencing equipment, as well as supporting company events and maintaining accurate asset records. Your role is critical in ensuring business continuity, minimizing downtime on the manufacturing floor, and delivering excellent customer service. This position requires participation in an on-call rotation and the flexibility to render overtime whenever business needs arise.
