Panoptik Global is seeking a Desk Governance Officer to ensure compliance, data integrity, and governance controls within the AS/400 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Enforce governance policies and compliance controls

Monitor desk activities and ensure audit readiness

Manage user access, roles, and permissions

Validate data accuracy and transaction integrity

Coordinate with IT, operations, and audit teams

Document processes and support audits

Identify risks and recommend improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field

Hands-on experience with AS/400 (required)

Experience in governance, compliance, or IT service management

Knowledge of access management, data governance, and audit principles

Strong documentation and reporting skills

Preferred:

Experience with IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT)

Audit or regulatory environment experience

Experience with enterprise or legacy systems
