Job description

DESIGN, PLAN & COORDINATE: Review and draw up fixture layout and designs; review and generate fixture budgets & initiate orders.

Responsibilities:

• Draw and render new fixture designs and layouts based on conceptual drawings of the space planning head.
• Request quotations based on design specifications and quantity required.
• Prepare the fixtures requests for approval to initiate the ordering process.
• Check quality of fixtures delivered & review actual fixture installations on-site; periodically check upkeep of existing stores.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in BS Architecture, licensed or non-licensed
