Acts as the front-facing representative of Decora Philippines, presenting decorative paint and plaster solutions to clients, designers, and contractors. Combines product knowledge with design sensibility to recommend suitable finishes and close sales.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct product presentations and finish demonstrations for clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate decorative finishes.
- Prepare design proposals, quotations, and technical recommendations.
- Coordinate with the technical application team for sample creation or mock-ups.
- Conduct site visits when needed to assess requirements and provide solutions.
- Maintain relationships with designers, architects, contractors, and end clients.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate records in CRM or sales trackers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product technologies.
Qualifications- Graduate of Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in sales, design consultancy, or construction materials is an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Good design sense and understanding of color, texture, and finishes.
- Willing to do fieldwork and client visits.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven.
