Evaluate, assess, provide recommendations, and implement all approved action plans in line with all tenant design layouts for all respective malls in his assigned region;
Ensure that the Tenant Design layouts follow the approved Design Criteria;
Provide assistance to the Regional Design Review Head and AVP-Design Review in the development of plans in line with improving service provisions to internal and external customers by gathering relevant information, analyzing significant data, and preparing action plans for the purpose of ensuring that all design concept layouts are properly assessed and that the design criteria is consistently followed by the tenants in his assigned region, to ensure the smooth flow of their operations, within the standards provided by Management and in accordance with Laws on building standards and requirements.
Qualifications:
At least five (5) years of relevant work experience focusing on project management in any of the following industries: Retail, Mall Operations, Fashion, Architecture, Merchandising, Visual Design and Display, Hospitality, or any similar industry.
Has understanding in the technical details of the design layouts and submissions and must be aware of the importance of ensuring the efficient and timely submission of design review-related documents and for the on-time operations of the tenants.
Licensed Architect with willingness to travel to various project locations as required.
