Responsibilities:
- Provide advice, consultant, and be the authorized representative through all phases of design and construction-related aspects of data centre projects.
- Work with client's stakeholder groups and third party consultants, design consultants, construction management firms, and construction contractors to administer the design on behalf of our client.
- Coordinate, clarify, and track design packages with Client and Client's third-party contractors.
- Manage and coordinate design efforts for domestic and international projects.
- Manage escalation of design issues to resolution.
- Support contract negotiation with Client's third party contractors, in alignment with Client's project manager (PM) and legal counsel
Education and experience:
What we're looking for is a technical candidate with at least 5 years experience in the field. A post-graduate degree in engineering or Architecture is also a big plus. You will be experienced in managing multiple parties, vendors, stakeholders and priorities with various milestones. You will be detailed orientated and organized in your approach to project management.

As a Design Project Manager, you'll demonstrate your expertise in interacting with a wide range of clients and stakeholders — that's why impeccable people skills will be essential. Likewise, you must show your aptitude in developing improvement initiatives and continuous improvements. You must also display flexibility in managing daily activities using various systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution. Preference towards a Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Familiar with local statutory submissions and approvals process
- At least 5 years as a Project Manager, Design Manager or similar role.
- Ability to regularly communicate analyzed data to client and team to achieve project goals
- Strong working knowledge of technical drawings and single line diagrams.
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients as well as external team members (architects, contractors, client's representatives, etc.).
- Ability to manage all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to budgeting, scheduling, submittals, change orders.
- Fully competent at managing all types/sizes of projects.
- Knowledge of Autodesk construction cloud (ACC).
