Responsibilities
- Develop conceptual drawings, renderings, and visual boards that support retail campaigns and in‑store storytelling.
- Translate merchandising concepts into accurate 2D/3D layouts and store display guides for seamless rollout.
- Produce detailed specs for props, fixtures, print materials, and digital assets used across retail touchpoints.
- Create clear implementation guides for store teams to ensure consistent visual execution across all locations.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Industrial Design, or related creative field
- 2–3 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, graphic design, or creative production
- Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, SketchUp, and 3ds Max
- Strong ability to interpret store plans and elevations, with understanding of scale, measurements, and merchandising layouts
