The Design Officer maintains the design standards of the mall through establishing design requirements and reviewing proposed design concepts in accordance of the business standards.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute mall design projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality, budget control, and compliance with design standards.
- Oversee construction and contractor performance to guarantee design accuracy, workmanship quality, and timely project delivery.
- Maintain and improve mall facilities by inspecting conditions, recommending restorations, and ensuring regular maintenance and safety compliance.
- Support tenant coordination through design plan reviews and alignment with mall development standards.
- Promote continuous learning and development by participating in training, skill enhancement, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Preferably a Registered Architect or Registered Civil Engineer.
- With at least two (2) years experience in design development and project management.
