As Design Manager, you will manage and mentor a team of interior designers, space planners, and design coordinators, providing guidance on career development, skill enhancement, and design methodology. Responsibilities
- Maintains involvement and ensures quality control in all phases of interior architectural projects and their management.
- May serve as a primary contact with clients, consultants and public agencies
- Oversee multiple workplace design projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Review and approve design concepts, space plans, specifications, and construction documentation
- Evaluates the progress on projects and vetting project design goals
Required Qualification / Experience
- Brings 10+ years of interior design experience with at least 3-5 years in a management or senior design role.
- Extensive experience in workplace design, including open offices, collaboration spaces, and hybrid work environments.
- Leadership abilities and an unwavering passion for creative design that inspires teams and delights clients.
