Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (Chartered status or CPEng highly regarded).
- Regional Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience leading and delivering civil design for major Australian projects.
- Project Experience: Must have a proven track record managing design delivery for:
•Hospitals, data centers, commercial buildings
- Design Leadership: Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary design teams, manage design programs, and control project budgets and risks.
- Approvals & Stakeholders: Expert knowledge of Australian Standards (AS), NCC, and Austroads, with extensive experience managing council, authority, and utility approvals.
- Technical Oversight: Experience directing complex civil design elements including redundant utility infrastructure, heavy-load pavements, and precision drainage systems.
- Client & Bid Management: Exceptional communication skills for managing client relationships, leading technical workshops, and driving bid or tender submissions.
