You are not just drawing shapes; you are a technical guardian responsible for maintaining the integrity of 3D part files and 2D drafting sets. By optimizing dimensions for high-traffic outdoor environments, you prevent downstream production errors and ensure product longevity in public spaces.

This is a high-accountability role that exists to stabilize the technical library of a structured manufacturing ecosystem. Best suited for CAD professionals who thrive in technical precision, value material accuracy, and prefer clear operational metrics over ambiguity.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• 3+ years of professional experience in CAD design and drafting within construction, furniture, or industrial design industries.
• Advanced proficiency in Siemens NX or SolidWorks for part modeling, assembly, and detailed technical drawing.
• Expertise in 3D rendering for urban architecture or industrial products with high material accuracy.
• Technical versatility including exposure to video animation for product demonstrations.
• Willingness to work a fixed day shift (6:00 AM3:00 PM PH Time) in a fully remote setup.

Strong Signals

• Background in the Outdoor Solutions or Prefabricated Construction industry.
• Hands-on experience in Product Data Management (PDM) or maintaining organized digital part libraries.
• A portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D renders and detailed drafting sets (BOMs, tolerances, and annotations).

Responsibility Pillars

Design & Drafting Governance

You own the accuracy of the technical library, ensuring every line is optimized for manufacturing.

• Create and update complex 3D models and 2D drafting sets for core and new product lines.
• Maintain organized part files and contribute to effective Product Data Management (PDM).
• Identify and correct design inconsistencies or tolerance issues before they reach the production floor.

Technical Collaboration & Visualization

You act as the primary bridge between engineering constraints and sales possibilities.

• Support product development cycles through iterative design updates and technical feedback.
• Provide high-fidelity visualizations and renders to assist the sales team in premium client presentations.
• Communicate technical design constraints clearly to non-technical stakeholders to ensure project feasibility.

Quality Assurance & Output Consistency

You ensure that every output is reliable, requires minimal revision, and is audit-ready.

• Deliver completed drawings and rendering sets within defined Turnaround Times (TAT).
• Maintain clean, current records within the digital library to ensure operational scalability.
• Minimize rework through rigorous self-checking and strict adherence to Australian drafting standards.
