Qualifications
- Graduate of Electrical, or related course
- With experience or knowledge in estimating / costing / quantity take-off
- Proficient in MS Excel and reading plans
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Experience in construction or engineering projects is an advantage
- Willing to undergo factory training in China

- Duties & Responsibilities (D&R*)
- Cost Estimation & Quantity Take-Off
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on drawings and project requirements.
- Perform quantity take-offs for lighting fixtures, wiring, and accessories.
- Compute total project cost including materials, labor, and overhead.
- Technical Review & Coordination
- Review plans, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with Design Team and Sales for clarification of project scope.
- Identify potential cost-saving alternatives without compromising quality.
- Proposal Preparation
- Prepare cost breakdown and pricing for client proposals.
- Assist in preparing technical and commercial submissions.
- Ensure timely submission of estimates and proposals.
- Supplier Coordination
- Request quotations from suppliers and evaluate pricing.
- Compare materials and recommend best value options.
- Monitor price changes and update estimates accordingly.
- Project Support
- Provide cost updates during project implementation if needed.
- Assist Project Team in resolving cost-related issues.
