Job Description
Basic Requirements:
- Graduate of Civil Engineering Course, PRC license is preferred
- Autodesk (CAD) User
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet project deadlines
- Construction/site experience is preferred
- Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Atleast three (3) Years of relevant experience
- Focus on DDD work and output
- Prepare structural plans and detailed reinforcement drawings for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, roofs, and other structural elements
- Prepare accurate Material Take-Offs (MTO), Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and material estimates from structural drawings
- Prepare Coast Analysis
- Coordinate with Clients, architects, engineers, contractors and site personnel
- Other arrangement from Design Manager
