What you'll do:
As a Design Draftsperson, you will play a crucial role in transforming ideas into precise and accurate technical drawings that will guide the creation of our products. Innovative fast-paced company, operating in a range of engineered solutions for power generation, industrial, utilities, and datacenter markets This is a new position working within the design team, developing designs for fabrication and site installation
Key Responsibilities for this role include:
- 1. Design Accuracy & Drafting Efficiency:
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications promptly.
- Ensure accuracy and adhepromptlyrence to project requirements.
- 2. Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with engineers and designers to develop innovative solutions.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project alignment.
- 3. Innovation & Problem-Solving:
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions to design challenges.
- Identify and address any issues or obstacles in the drafting process.
- 4. Documentation Management:
- Maintain organised documentation and files for efficient design/project management.
- Complete all required documentation to adhere to design management.
- 5. Continuous Improvement:
- Actively seek opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency improvement within design and drafting practices
Successful candidate must have:
- Proven experience in Revit and/or Inventor. This refers to working with the software in a professional role.
- AutoCad and BIM coordination
- Construction, building services, fabrication, or MEP design background
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
- Proactively communicating delays, risks, missing information or workload concerns
- Able to work independently, manage priorities, and provide regular progress updates without constant supervision
- High attention to detail.
Work Arrangements:progress
- Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time)
- Work Setup: On-site - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
- Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
