Design Coordinator

M Moser Associates is looking for Design Coordinators to support our growing Project Team of architects, interior designers, and construction professionals in the design and delivery of transformative large-scale workplace projects.

Job Overview

A large, successful Multinational design, engineering and construction firm specializing in workplaces and corporate campuses of all types is looking for full-time Designers. The candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering; Professional License in either would be an advantage
• Candidates will support design and production projects globally
• At least 3 years of experience in Schematic Design to Contract Documentation for International Corporate Projects
• A team player with a positive working attitude, responsible and able to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge in, or willingness to quickly get up to speed on, the International Building Code or other countries codes
• Willing to work in Makati

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• CADD (ACAD or BricsCAD)
• Revit
• Sketch Up
• Technical Designing and Drafting Interior Drawings
