Job Description (What You'll Do)

The Design Content Specialist is dedicated to delivering exceptional support and services to our client's customers and partners. This role is responsible for the intake, validation, and publishing of technical design content and product data into our cloud-based catalog platform ensuring that what gets published is accurate, complete, and built to standard.

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate incoming content submissions based on quality and platform standards, technical design content and product data.
  • Import, update, and maintain product information in the catalog platform.
  • Investigate and resolve catalog data quality and publishing issues, performing root cause analysis.
  • Manage the end-to-end content publishing pipeline from submission to production.
  • Perform quality control procedures to ensure accurate and complete content.
  • Communicate with customers and external partners to provide support and submission requirements and guidance.
  • Meet targets and identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes.
  • Use AI-powered tools to enhance problem solving, error identification, data enrichment, and overall productivity

Qualifications (What We're Looking For)

Software & Technical Skills

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel, including formulas, structured data validation, and the ability to work with large datasets and perform data quality analysis
  • Working knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD — comfortable navigating the interface, opening drawings, and identifying layer structure and geometry organization
  • Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit — comfortable opening family files and type catalogs and recognizing parameter types, naming conventions, and file structure
  • Proficient in Windows-based environments, including running batch processes and interpreting processing output

Experience

  • 2+ years in content operations, data quality, digital asset management, customer support, or a technically adjacent role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to investigate data quality issues across systems, interpret processing logs, identify root causes, and escalate appropriately
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, validation tools, and AI-powered workflows

Nice to Have

  • Experience with PIM or Master Data Management (MDM) systems
  • Prior work with product catalog platforms or content management systems in a manufacturing or building products context
  • Experience developing or enforcing digital content submission standards for external partners
  • Salesforce or CRM platform experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and complex workloads in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
