As a Technical Design Associate, Your Responsibilities Are
DESIGN AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
- Produce drawings, floor layout, technical details as needed by the Sales Designers
- Check technical details of the proposed layout and design
- Ensure that all presentation drawings meet the premium standards of our
- brands
- Create quotations
LEAD-GENERATION/MANAGEMENT
CLIENT MANAGEMENT
- Present and highlight features and benefits of the assigned brands to clients
- Provide all necessary documents and requirements needed in a complete and timely manner (design proposals, technical drawings, etc).
- Thoroughly check sales designers and other TDA's proposals in terms of feasibility and technical correctness.
- Ensure that Company policies and decisions are clearly, professionally and pleasantly communicated to clients.
- Give timely updates and feedback to Senior Management
AFTER-SALES COORDINATION
- Provide speedy after-sales services support
- Make Gantt Chart + installation folders + working drawings as necessary
- Thoroughly check sales designers orders in terms of technical correctness and completeness.
- Be on top of all projects, making sure that everything is flowing smoothly including coordination with internal and external parties
- Attend site meetings.
- Ensure completeness of client Delivery & Installation
To be considered for the position, aspiring candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Industrial Design, Interior Design or Architecture from a reputable university
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position.
- With personable demeanor, & outgoing personality and charismatic attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be willing to be assigned in Chino Roces Ave. Extension, Makati
