Job Description

A leading architecture practice is expanding its design team and is looking for a dedicated Architect / Designer to support project delivery from concept through to construction documentation.

This is an opportunity to work directly with Australian clients on complex mixed-use, retail, and multi-residential projects while building a long-term career with genuine growth potential.

The Role

You will be responsible for producing comprehensive architectural documentation across all project phases, from initial feasibility studies through to detailed construction drawings.

Working closely with project teams and external consultants, you will help ensure design innovation while maintaining strict quality standards and project timelines.

What You Will Do

  • Produce architectural documentation across all project stages, from feasibility through to construction documentation
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement design concepts
  • Coordinate with structural and building services consultants and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare, manage, and organise drawings and digital files accurately and efficiently
  • Upload and maintain drawings within web-based project management systems
  • Ensure deliverables are completed in line with project milestones and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate and timely timesheets
  • Support general project and administrative tasks as required

What You Bring

  • Strong ArchiCAD skills with proven construction documentation experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in an architectural practice
  • Experience in mixed-use, retail, and multi-residential projects
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation processes and project delivery workflows
  • Experience coordinating with structural and building services consultants
  • Knowledge of Australian Standards and the National Construction Code (NCC)
  • Proficiency in SketchUp for design visualization
  • Experience with Revit, Rhino, or Grasshopper is preferred

  • This is a full work-from-home role. You will work from your own home office.
