POSITION PURPOSE

The Architectural Designer is responsible for developing architectural designs, site development plans, floor plans, 3D models, renderings, and detailed construction drawings in accordance with project requirements and applicable building codes. The role involves preparing technical documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders, conducting site inspections, and addressing design-related queries to support the successful execution and delivery of projects.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare architectural site development plans, floor plans, and detailed construction drawings.
• Develop accurate 3D models and realistic renderings using Revit and Enscape.
• Prepare architectural drawings, bills of quantities (BOQ), technical specifications, design calculations, and Basis of Design (BOD) documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and project stakeholders to ensure design alignment and compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and site assessments as required by project needs.
• Respond to Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Approval (RFA) related to project execution.
• Ensure designs comply with the Philippine Building Code, applicable regulations, and project design standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and engineering projects.
• Experience in commercial, retail, industrial, or building services projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape, PlanSwift, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of the Philippine Building Code and relevant architectural design standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage architectural design tasks independently with minimal supervision.
