Position Title: Design & Project Engineer (ME)

Immediate Head: Engineering Manager/ VP Sales

Department:Engineering/ Sales

Job Overview:The position is responsible for the design, development and project management of mechanical systems in the offered refrigeration systems solutions by the company.

Job Requirements:

*Licensed Mechanical Engineer (required)

*With updated drivers license. (preferred)

*Familiar with MS Excel functions (IF function, VLookUp, etc.)

*Skilled with Autocad Design (3D)

*Applicants with at least six months related experience and residents of of Laguna and Muntinlupa area are preferred.

Job Description:

a. Manages sales inquiries and project detailing accurately as assigned by the immediate superior.

b. Assists in the development of HVAC/R projects that involves securing site documentations which includes: flow diagrams, mechanical plans, details, mechanical specifications, equipment schedules, tools requirement, labor and other direct costs.

c. Attends pre-bid meetings as required.

d. Studies and reviews scope of works, plans and specifications together with the conditions of the contract prior to any actual installation work.

e. Coordinates and provides assistance to the needed departments/ person in charge for deliverables needed for the project from procurement, site inspection, project commencement, commissioning up to full turnover of operations to the client.

f. Conducts safety inspection at site periodically and directly supervises the leadman and foreman

g. Maintains the department filing for assigned projects.

h. Other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
