About the Job:

The Design and Planning Manager is responsible for the project management, facilities management, and design implementation of the mall assigned to him/her. This includes tenant construction and renovation, in-house repairs, maintenance, and redevelopments. He/she will also lead the Technical Planning Department.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a graduate of B.S. Architecture with Professional License.
• Candidate must have extensive background on technical planning and project management in a real estate setting.
• Prior experience with commercial property planning and development an advantage.
• Candidate must have excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Candidate must be residing or willing to be assigned in Tagum City.

Experience Range (Years):

4 - 6 years

Work Details:

• Location: Robinsons Santiago
• Work schedule: 5-day work week (compressed), SatSun rest day
