DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive-Level Project Portfolio Strategy and Governance Lead the development and implementation of the overall construction project portfolio strategy. Govern project initiation, securing executive buy-in for high-impact data center builds and expansions, and defining program-level objectives.
Program-Level Financial and T technical Oversight Direct the execution of multiple concurrent, complex construction projects (or programs of work), exercising ultimate financial control over multi-million to billion-dollar budgets and ensuring best-in-class technical standards are maintained across the entire portfolio
Leadership and Mentorship for Project Management Team
Provide direct leadership, mentorship, and performance management to a team of Project Managers and supporting staff, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within the Design and Construction group.
Establishment of Construction Quality & Compliance Frameworks Design, implement, and audit comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) frameworks across the construction portfolio. Ensure proactive compliance with all evolving local, national, and international regulatory and environmental standards for critical data center infrastructure.
Enterprise-Level Construction Risk Strategy and Management
Develop and manage a strategic, portfolio-level risk register, identifying systemic threats (technical, financial, supply chain, and geo-political) to the construction pipeline, and championing organizational-wide mitigation strategies.
Executive Stakeholder and Strategic Partnership Management
Serve as the primary escalation point for all project-related issues. Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite executives, key government bodies, and Tier 1 vendor partners to ensure smooth program progression and alignment
of organizational goals.
Program-Wide Performance Benchmarking and Knowledge
Transfer Oversee final project handovers and financial closeouts for all major builds. Institute a robust post-project review process to capture and disseminate organizational knowledge, establishing new performance benchmarks for future construction projects.

Professional Qualifications & Training
PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred.
