Desenvolvedor Fullstack Pleno | HR - São Paulo/SP

Mission

The Fullstack Developer should, with moderate guidance & support from the direct manager, be responsible for building and maintaining internal web systems that support People & HR processes, owning the full development cycle from technical design through delivery, integrating frontend and backend in a consistent and scalable manner.

Scope of Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal web systems, working on both frontend (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and backend layers.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle: technical requirements analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
• Implement API integrations and database connections to support the systems built.
• Collaborate with the designer and product owner to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure development best practices: clean code, documentation, version control (Git), and basic security standards.
• Contribute to the selection and adoption of the most suitable backend language and framework for each solution.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields (preferred)
• HTML5, CSS3 (required) JavaScript (required) proficiency in at least one backend language (see Scope of Responsibilities) version control with Git
• Intermediate English (technical documentation reading)
• Previous experience with web development (frontend and/or backend) is strongly desired.
• Experience with internal corporate tools or HR systems is a plus
