Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mandaluyong for the position of Deputy Project Director. The Deputy Project Director will be responsible for overseeing project planning, coordination, and execution while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, collaborating with cross-functional teams, liaising with stakeholders, and resolving any project-related challenges. This position also requires reporting project progress to senior management and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Experience in telecommunications, optical communications, or data networking is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Familiarity with international quality standards and engineering compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
