Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Lead, coach and manage a team of training professionals, including Training Supervisors, Trainers and Training Coordinators.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve training programs for new hire onboarding, upskilling and leadership development.
  • Collaborate with operations, quality, and client teams to identify training needs and align strategies with business goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using data-driven methods and implement improvements as needed.
  • Manage training resources, schedules and capacity planning to ensure training readiness across all programs.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive performance improvements through targeted learning interventions.
  • Support client presentations and reviews related to training performance and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, tools, and learning technologies to enhance training programs.

Qualifications:

  • With 3 to 5 years in Training Supervisor/Training Manager role within the BPO industry
  • Proven experience in instructional design.
  • Experience in training metrics analysis and ability to link training outcomes to business performance.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare, customer service or within the BPO environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience interacting with both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Willing to work in Iloilo City for our Healthcare Account. Work from office set up.
