Job Title: Deputy Manager-Process Training
Location: ILOILO
Work Mode: Onsite, Flexible
Major Responsibilities
Direct, guide and monitor trainings in allocated processes and ensure that training deliverables(monitoring, feedback, production, reporting) targets are met.
Routinely review, evaluate and update training procedures, programs and materials. Assess trends, issues, and recommend long - term training plans.
Confer with Department Managers to determine training needs as to type, extent and scope,schedules and procedures.
Prepares and distributes training aids such as instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms,and visual aids; sets up audiovisual equipment and makes presentations when necessary.
Contacts attendees and department representatives about training program.
Schedules the appropriate classroom and prepares the physical setup.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Participates in the process Quality Management Program as required.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in current supervisory/managerial role or assignment in the BPO setting is required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a trainer in a healthcare/insure process is preferred
Excellent oral and written communication, skills and presentation skills, including the ability tohandle interaction with facility personnel, providers, members and various internal departments ina professional manner.
Effective analytical/ problem solving skills
Understanding of Healthcare insurance cycle and processes.
Ability to work effectively, independently and meet deadlines in an atmosphere of multiple projectsand shifting priorities.
