Job Title- Deputy Manager - Operations (with US Mortgage/ Financial)
Job location - Metro Manila
Job Type- NightShift (Onsite)
Resonsibilities
- Voice based customer service for a US based mortgage customers with upselling
- DM would be responsible for handling Agent's overall employment and process concerns under on billing, payments, Escrows and resolving customer complaints
- Would work as a team player and be able to execute the work as per process SOPs, also be able to work on multiple applications in parallel
- Would need to do a process improvement for assigned team members who may have metric challenges
- DM's need to document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the client application due to Manager calls
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures during client reviews and TL escalation
- Provide coverage for Recruitment and training in case of need
Required
- College Level with at least 4 years of People Management experience as a Supervisor.
- With Financial Account background or mortgage is a plus
- Has experience with client interaction.
- Willing to work PST US Time
