Role Description
As a Deputy Manager Finance, you will oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. Your responsibilities will include managing financial statements, preparing budgets and forecasts, conducting financial analysis, and supporting audits. You will also coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper financial reporting and cost optimization. This is an on-site, full-time role based in Makati, requiring excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and strategic financial thinking.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting standards, internal controls, and compliance with local and international financial regulations
- Technical skills in tax compliance, and audit preparation
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Relevant experience in financial management roles, ideally within multinational or large organizations
