Deputy Manager - Finance (MIS) - EU
Onsite | Eastwood, Quezon City
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Deputy Manager – Finance (MIS) to support financial planning, reporting, and management information systems (MIS). This role is responsible for delivering accurate financial insights, driving cost efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Must be amenable to work onsite at our Eastwood, Quezon City site
- Graduate of Finance, Accounting, or related course
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, FP&A, or Cost Management
- Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Experience in budgeting, Opex control, and team leadership
- Knowledge of BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a strong advantage
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end closing activities and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Review journal entries and perform variance (BLE) analysis
- Manage Opex budgets and implement cost control initiatives
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning processes
- Prepare and present MIS reports with financial insights for management decision-making
- Oversee asset management and physical verification processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning and analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial policies
