Job Description

Job Summary

The Deputy Head of Brand will support the overall development, execution, and management of the companys brand strategy. This role is responsible for assisting in leading the brand department, ensuring brand consistency across all channels, and driving initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, reputation, and market positioning. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership experience, deep industry connections, and a proven track record of executing high-impact branding campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Execution

  • Assist in developing and implementing the companys long-term brand strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and visual standards across all online and offline platforms.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of major brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.

Leadership & Department Management

  • Support the Head of Brand in managing daily operations of the brand and marketing teams.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to brand team members.
  • Coordinate cross-department collaboration with Product, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure unified brand direction.

Market Positioning & Brand Growth

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify brand opportunities and positioning strategies.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance brand visibility, customer trust, and market differentiation.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or corporate communications.
  • Proven experience leading or managing brand departments in large-scale companies.
  • Demonstrated success in executing high-impact brand campaigns and strategic brand initiatives.
  • Strong industry network and external resources relevant to marketing, media, and partnerships.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities.
  • Strong academic background (Bachelors degree required; Masters degree or equivalent is an advantage).

Preferred Industry Background

  • Experience in sports betting, gaming, fintech, or digital platform industries is highly preferred.
