About the Job:
The Delivery Lead (Deputy General Manager) will be responsible for establishing, executing and overseeing
account governance across delivery centers. He/She will act as the leader of the account to drive new, renewal,
and expanded business opportunities, profitable growth, and client satisfaction.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Establishes and builds relationships with client and other stakeholders for the program.
- Regularly reviews account performance metrics and client satisfaction with Cognizant senior management, engagement, delivery, operations, and finance teams to optimize account performance.
- Drives the KPIs used to measure contribution to the growth of the client's business and company performance
- Leads team by supporting and driving career growth, personal/team development, well-being, diversity, and inclusion
- Leads and personally contributes to the continuous improvement of the program management community (i.e., best practices, networking, standards, training, tools)
- Manages account P&L to meet or exceed specified revenue and profitability targets.
Essential Skills
- Experience leading diverse teams, experience with cultivating and collaborating in a multi-cultural environment.
- Strong experience with the global service delivery model.
- Strong client management, leadership, people management & communication skills
- Familiarity with project management practices & processes
- Exposure to process modeling techniques is essential
- Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt trained or certified
Qualifications
- Years of Experience: 15+ years professional experience, 8+ operations lead and project delivery experience in a customer service or account management setting
- MBA or Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
