Job Functions
- Evaluate and monitor the work performance and progress of others.
- Collaborate with all managers to plan the work output for the organization.
- Aid in the process of developing and instituting policies, performance goals and objectives.
- Gain experience and perspective by working in different departments of the organization.
- Create projects and oral presentations.
- Participate in all aspects of the hiring process, including interviewing, hiring and then onboarding/training
new employees.
- Analyze company reports to evaluate the organization's inventory activity, gross profit and sales.
- Identify trends and then develop recommendations based on the information gathered
- Work with established client accounts.
- Observe and train with experienced staff to learn about the standards, procedures and methods used to be
effective within each department.
- Learn about the various functions and operations for all employees, as well as the practices and policies that
impact each phase of the business advancements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or any other related fields.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
- Proven work experience of more than 5+ years managing business units
- Must have been a manager in Digital Marketing or Branding Company
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Management Software
- Good understanding of managing employees and departmental teams
- Strong ability to coach and motivate employees in a leadership position
- Excellent time management and work prioritization skills
- Willing to work on-site and travel
